TD is seeking a Senior Analyst in Risk Management located in Toronto. Engage in regulatory reporting under IFRS 9 while driving impactful projects across multiple teams.
The Senior Analyst role involves deepening your knowledge of ECL reporting and directly supporting the Model Management & Analytics team. You will work closely with the Model Implementation team and other partners to ensure the accurate staging of data inputs for expected loss calculations. The work will require effective collaboration, data analysis, and timely updates to align with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand regulatory ECL requirements under IFRS 9
• Support data migration and staging for ECL
• Ensure timely staging of model risk parameters
• Collaborate on expected loss forecasts and allowances
• Manage model updates to maintain compliance
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in SAS, SQL, or Python
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Robust analytical skills for problem-solving
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations like SOX
• Relevant undergraduate degree required
