Kerr Controls is seeking an expert Residential HVAC/R Technical Support Specialist to enhance home comfort in Atlantic Canada and Ontario. Leverage your technical skills to support customers and field teams effectively.

This role requires significant hands-on experience with residential and light commercial HVAC/R systems. You will provide post-sale support, troubleshoot various equipment, and conduct technical training sessions. Strong communication and diagnostic skills are essential to succeed as a trusted resource for both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits
• Troubleshoot residential and light commercial HVAC/R equipment
• Lead training sessions for customers and staff




• Manage high volumes of inbound calls with professionalism
• Conduct onsite assessments and equipment evaluations

Requirements:
• HVAC/R Technical program completion with 5–10 years experience
• Experience in residential and light commercial HVAC/R
• Understanding of heat pumps, furnaces, and refrigeration
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
