As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will manage infrastructure projects worth up to $2M while building lasting relationships with clients and subcontractors. Reporting to the Division Manager, you'll lead project planning, monitor progress and budgets, and uphold compliance with safety regulations. Your leadership is vital to project success and team motivation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage cost, schedule, and quality for assigned projects
• Establish project objectives per company and contract standards
• Plan and monitor construction schedules effectively




• Report progress on productivity and budget management
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards

Requirements:
• 5+ years Mechanical Project Management experience
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
• Familiarity with mechanical building infrastructure
• 1-2 years estimating experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
