This full-time position focuses on training field staff according to a well-defined education plan. You will utilize your 3-5 years of adult education experience to empower nursing teams. Critical analysis of educational needs and practical teaching methods will be central to your responsibilities, fostering a culture of excellence in clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor preceptors for student nurse placements
• Organize clinical orientation for current nursing staff
• Conduct mandatory educational sessions, including back care




• Partner with Care and Services Manager to operationalize training plans
• Promote ParaMed’s policies through ongoing education

Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse license with provincial regulatory college
• 3-5 years' experience in adult learning
• At least 2-3 years of nursing practice in community environments
• Community Health Nurse certification preferred
• Strong critical thinking and presentation skills
