You will play a key role in administering Zensai’s Learn365 and improving user engagement through effective content management and compliance training. Your work will enhance the learning experience for corporate staff and franchisees, utilizing Microsoft 365 tools to create a seamless learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and administer the learning management system
• Analyze learning data to provide actionable insights
• Curate content and develop curricula in SharePoint




• Ensure systems are compliant and reports are accurate
• Support troubleshooting and user guidance for LMS

Requirements:
• Degree in Learning and Development or a related area
• Experience with LMS systems; Zensai preferred
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills for dashboard creation
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices in digital learning
• Fluent in French Canadian and English
