Goldrich Printpak, a recently acquired SupremeX company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join its growing Folding Carton operation in Toronto. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the commercial heart of the business, responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts while actively developing new business.
The successful candidate will be joining at a pivotal moment. Goldrich is transitioning from a founder-led model into a professionally structured, growth-oriented business with the resources and reach of SupremeX behind it. The commercial opportunity is significant, an established client base to deepen, and a strong platform from which to win new business in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
This role requires someone who is commercially sophisticated, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment. The ability to manage complex, high-value accounts while simultaneously building new business is essential.
Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of key accounts with aggregate annual revenues of $3M to $8M depending on experience, owning the relationship at the senior/executive level.
Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and conversion of qualified opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with Customer Service, Operations, Pre-Press, and Estimating to deliver consistently on client commitments.
Bring pricing discipline and commercial rigour to account management — understanding margin, managing contract terms, and aligning pricing governance with company standards.
Build structured, program-focused account plans that move relationships from transactional to strategic.

Provide regular reporting on pipeline, account performance, and market intelligence using CRM and BI tools.
Represent Goldrich and SupremeX credibly at the executive level with strategic customers and prospects.
Qualifications and Experience Industry experience in folding carton, packaging, printing, paper converting, labels, or a closely related converting environment strongly preferred.
Candidates from adjacent industries, converting/print vendors, procurement, strategic account management, will also be considered.
A book of business or transferable client relationships is a meaningful asset.
Candidate Profile or Skills and Competencies Soft Skills Relationship management, builds trust and credibility at the executive level.
Negotiation skills, commercially confident, outcome-focused.
Cross-functional collaboration, works effectively across operations, finance, and customer service.
Self-motivated and results-driven, owns their number and their pipeline without being managed.
Sales curiosity, genuinely interested in the client’s business and how to grow it.
Adaptability, comfortable in a business that is evolving and building new capabilities.
Hard Skills Strategic account and contract management, experience managing complex, high-value B2B relationships.
Pricing governance and estimating awareness,

understands margin and costing, not just revenue.
Business and financial acumen, can read a P&L; and have an intelligent commercial conversation.
CRM proficiency and pipeline discipline, manages opportunities with rigour and visibility.
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Health Advantages to support your well-being
Retirement Plan – A retirement plan to help you plan for the future.
Bonus – Annual bonus opportunities based on Company performance and/or Individual goals
