Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
10+ years of experience within financial services industry, specifically in product innovation delivery, with valuable understanding of business drivers and leversStrong understanding of data science, analytics, or data engineering, which provides deeper technical credibility and ability to engage with technical teams (Robust understanding of the data lifecycle, analytics, and software development processes)Deep experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), writing user stories, and managing backlogs in tools like Jira or Confluence.Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, use cases, and business applicationsStrong proficiency with MS tools (Excel, Word, PPT) and PowerBINice-To-Have Skills:




Experience with cloud data platforms, or data modeling is an assetExperience in Insurance busSoft Skills Required:
Proven ability to analyze ambiguous and complex problems and translate them into transparent, actionable development tasks.Excellent communication, active listening, and stakeholder management skills with ability to translate between business and technical languagesTekStaff may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools as part of the applicant screening process.
