As a critical member of the Product & Marketing department, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the HVAC product roadmap. Your expertise in product management, strategic thinking, and financial acumen will drive the performance of Furnace, Air Conditioner, Heat Pump, and Boiler offerings.
You will identify market opportunities, enhance customer acquisition, and influence product positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize HVAC product portfolio performance
Lead product lifecycle management and enhancements
Develop actionable product roadmaps and business cases
Create pricing strategies and promotional offers
Conduct market analysis to identify growth prospects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5+ years in Product Management or similar roles
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in customer-centric industries, preferably HVAC
Advanced Excel and Power Point proficiency
