In this position, you will report directly to the Branch Manager at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. Your responsibilities include meeting with clients to discuss their pre-planning needs and promoting cemetery and funeral services in the community. This role requires a self-motivated individual with solid customer care skills and previous experience in sales or business development.
Key Responsibilities:



- Contact client families to assess pre-arrangement needs - Communicate the Pre Need Funeral planning program - Generate leads through referrals, walk-ins, and outreach - Organize seminars and community presentations - Ensure accurate completion of contracts and documents
