Your Responsibilities:




Provide food and beverage service to guests in a qualified and attentive manner
Organize and manage your assigned section throughout service
Take guest orders while anticipating their preferences and needs
Prepare bills and process payments accurately
Learn the menu thoroughly and confidently explain dishes and beverages to guests
Deliver precise, effective, and attentive service
Promote and recommend the Chef's specialties and featured menu items
Knowledge of wines, cocktails, scotch and spirits, an asset
Passionate about the restaurant industry
Enjoy working in a team
Excellent professional presentation
Bilingual French/English required — C1 level English (essential, as approximately half of our clientele is English-speaking; English will be used both verbally and in writing every day).
Knowledge of the system Maître D is an asset
2 to 5 years experience is an asset
