In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans for children and adolescents. Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll focus on trauma-informed practices, mental health education, and community resource connections.
Your contributions are essential in fostering a culturally secure environment for clients and families across the Fraser Health regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed mental health and psycho-social assessments
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions
Provide consultative services to community resources
Document clinical records and support service evaluation
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
Two years of clinical experience in child and adolescent mental health
Registration eligibility with a relevant skilled association
Valid BC Driver's License and vehicle insurance
Knowledge of cultural safety and trauma-informed practices
