Key Responsibilities:
Lead readiness activities for procurement systems and processes
Conduct impact assessments and engage with relevant stakeholders




Prepare units for implementation and stabilization phases
Develop a role-based competency and profile framework
Create training materials, e-learning modules, and reference guides

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
8+ years in Procurement or Supply Chain roles
Minimum 5 years in Business Readiness or Governance
Robust communication and facilitation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and documentation tools
