POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The charming Le Bleu Horizon seniors' residence is seeking a heavy maintenance worker for a permanent, full time position, with 7 nights on and 7 nights off.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
All other related tasks
Be available to respond to emergencies
Clean entryways and common areas
Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
Keep the work workplace clean
Maintain and clean the premises
Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior




Sweep and clean the floors of the corridors, common areas and workstations of the building
Taking out the trash
Wash windows in common areas

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma (SSD)
Knowledge of seniors’ residences, a major asset
1 year of experience in housekeeping (asset)
