Elevate your event planning skills as a part time Conference and Events Coordinator with the Association of Community Legal Clinics of Ontario in Toronto. Help coordinate regional conferences and learning events in a hybrid working setting.
This 12-month contract position, averaging 20 hours per week, is ideal for someone with a diploma in event management or project administration. Key responsibilities include managing logistics for conferences, coordinating with vendors, and supporting participant communications.
You'll collaborate with diverse teams to ensure high-quality delivery of learning activities across Ontario.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate logistics for four in-person regional conferences
Manage vendor quotations and budget reconciliation
Support registration processes and participant communication
Maintain attendance records and evaluate event outcomes
Collaborate with Regional Conference Committees on learning priorities
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in event management or related field
Experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and event management systems
Knowledge of the community legal clinic system is an asset
