Location: Canada Full‑time, Day & Night shift Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 per year.About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Lead / Project Manager to oversee retail renovation and installation projects across Canada. This role is suited for someone who enjoys leading diverse crews, solving on‑site problems, and working in a fast‑paced retail construction environment.Responsibilities- Lead renovation, installation, and retail refresh projects across Canada.- Manage crews of 4–15 people, including unionized trades, merchandisers, and temporary labor.- Maintain quality, productivity, and project timelines.- Communicate professionally with store management, clients, and internal teams.- Ensure compliance with OH&S legislation, WHMIS, construction standards, and all building/fire codes.- Participate directly in fixture installation, merchandising, teardown, and site preparation.- Work safely at heights and follow all PPE protocols.- Complete digital daily reports, schedules, photos, and documentation.- Promote teamwork,
