This role emphasizes collaboration with regional and functional leaders to optimize spending and drive accountability for cost-saving initiatives. You will provide critical insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on thorough variance analysis and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for the supply chain monthly and annually • Analyze month-end variance drivers against budgets and forecasts • Partner with commercial and operational leads on value initiatives • Design KPIs to enhance financial reporting and visibility • Mentor finance team fostering collaboration and professional growth
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA preferred • 5+ years of finance experience, preferably in FP&A; • Knowledge of large ERP systems, NetSuite is a plus • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills • Solid analytical and strategic thinking abilities
