Responsibilities

- Guide motorized heavy machinery to enable precise material removal and placement.
- Load and unload heavy machinery with boulders, trash, and other materials.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
- Communicate with teammates to clarify project specifications when necessary.
- Notify the line manager of any injuries or other mishaps.
- Recommend necessary upgrades, fixes, and replacements to the line manager.
- Ensure the workplace is tidy and organized at the end of each shift with coworkers.
- Offer advice on how to streamline processes and increase productivity.

Qualifications

- Equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Prior knowledge of using various heavy equipment.
- Lifting capacity of up to 50 pounds.




- Excellent eyesight or wearing prescribed lenses.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- A thorough awareness of the relevant safety regulations.
- Ability to provide and receive instructions.
- Strong decision-making abilities, especially under duress.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed.
