Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personalized service exceeding luxury standards
• Lead the Sommelier Team through training and reviews
• Guide guests on wine options and pairings
• Manage inventory and quality control for beverages
• Assist in planning and executing tastings and seminars
Requirements:
• Experience as a server and sommelier in fine dining
• Robust knowledge of BC and Old-World wines
• Valid Serving It Right Certification
• Sommelier Certification Diploma
• Commitment to continuous education and team improvement
