Key Responsibilities:



- Design EDI integrations based on partner requirements - Support production issues with escalation map fixes - Develop technical designs and specifications - Engage in discussions with IT and business stakeholders - Proactively monitor and troubleshoot EDI processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field - Experience in EDI mapping, preferably with IBM Sterling - Aptitude for data analysis and report generation - Flexibility to adapt under pressure and during high workloads - Exceptional skills in clearly conveying complex data
