Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil construction
Review and interpret tender drawings and specifications
Complete quantity take-offs from project documents
Develop pricing for labor, equipment, and materials
Coordinate tender documentation and bid submissions

Requirements:
Over 10 years of estimating experience in heavy civil
Proven track record with large-scale infrastructure projects
Proficiency in estimating software; InEight is an asset
Solid knowledge of procurement methods and specifications
Civil Engineering degree is a plus
