Participate in project updates and alignment meetings
Ensure safety and operational efficiency in field activities
Log daily activities and equipment use in AIMSIO
Coach and develop potential Field Supervisor candidates
Handle incident investigations and promote safety improvements

Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in the oil and gas sector
Must hold valid H2S and First Aid certifications
Clean Driver’s Abstract required
Robust analytical and decision-making abilities
Familiarity with AIMSIO and Site Docs is advantageous
