You will assess organizational readiness, provide coaching, and develop engagement strategies to enhance leadership capability. Leading various leadership forums and summits will be key to fostering alignment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:



- Conduct change management analysis for current initiatives - Partner with leaders for implementation support - Design and coordinate leadership engagement activities - Develop materials for effective communication during change - Monitor feedback to improve programs continually
Requirements: - Undergraduate degree in Business or HR - Over five years of progressive change management experience - Knowledge of change management methodologies - Solid analytical and communication skills - Proven ability to influence and build relationships
