Our established architecture firm is on the hunt for a Technical Lead specializing in restaurant and café projects. With a minimum of 9 years’ qualified experience, you will oversee the technical aspects from schematic design through to construction.

This includes mentoring junior staff and ensuring adherence to building codes throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical aspects from design to construction
Create detailed drawing packages and specifications
Resolve construction detailing issues in office
Coordinate with external consultants and stakeholders
Conduct field measurements and site reviews

Requirements:
9+ years of architectural technology experience in Canada
Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture
Familiarity with restaurant project specifics
Deep knowledge of Canadian Building Codes
Advanced Revit skills; AutoCAD knowledge
