Key Responsibilities:
Perform primary support for enterprise applications and cloud settings

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer-related discipline
10 years IT services experience, 7 years in technical support
Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Teams, and Linux
