Key Responsibilities:
Review tenders and contracts, ensuring all documents are complete
Manage overall project scheduling and budget controls
Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely completion
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and municipal personnel
Supervise progress reports, invoices, and warranty tracking

Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe software
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with CCC/FAC documentation is a plus
