Oversee full project lifecycle from loss notification to completion
Create restoration plans based on onsite assessments
Manage teams, equipment, and client communications

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years managing restoration projects
Experience with insurance projects and adjuster relations
Competence in Xactimate and related software
Ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations
