As a senior consultant, you will work under the Manager of Employee & Labour Relations, taking ownership of grievance processes, negotiations, and conflict resolution. Your expertise will shape productive labour-management partnerships while guiding operational leaders through complex workplace challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control grievance and arbitration management for ONA, OPSEU, SEIU
• Prepare and represent case positions in mediation
• Collaborate on collective bargaining and Labour-Management forums




• Advise senior management on collective agreement matters
• Monitor labour relations trends and strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Labour Relations, or Business
• 5–7+ years of experience in labour relations
• Solid experience in legal research and negotiation
• Awareness of employment statutes and labour laws
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
