About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the organization's growth and operational excellence. The COO will be a key partner to the CEO, responsible for co-creating and executing the company strategy, and ensuring that the operational functions align with the bold yet achievable growth paths.
This leadership position demands a visionary builder with a proven track record in driving and scaling business growth, particularly in a B2B SaaS or software context. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading cross-functional initiatives, building and optimizing scalable operational processes, and driving operational discipline to support the company's expansion.

Experience with growth frameworks such as Scaling Up, EOS, OKRs, Lean Methodology,



or Agile practices is essential for instilling a culture of efficiency, innovation, and disciplined execution.

The ideal COO for the company will have a solid background in strategic and financial management, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach to leadership during growth phases. Key responsibilities include guiding leaders in strategic planning, establishing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency.
The role requires a leader who can design organizational structures for scale, coach and develop senior leaders, and ensure the company is well-prepared to adapt to changing business conditions. A deep understanding of performance dashboarding, OKR frameworks, and operational automation systems is necessary, as is the ability to foster alignment, accountability, and performance across diverse teams.
