This Senior Legal Counsel position focuses on helping Bell's leadership navigate privacy law, consent management, and digital advertising. You will draft agreements and lead privacy assessments while mentoring junior team members to foster their growth. Your insights will guide the evolution of Bell's privacy policy in accordance with changing regulations across North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a legal advisor on privacy and AI issues
Oversee junior team members and lead privacy initiatives
Draft vendor and client data protection agreements




Interpret and implement legal developments in privacy law
Conduct privacy impact assessments and strengthen compliance
Requirements:
6+ years of relevant legal experience in privacy
Member of a Canadian provincial law society
Proven skills in risk assessment and negotiation
Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement
Bilingual candidates preferred for Quebec locations
