Take on a vital role as a Manufacturing Co-op at INNIO, working closely with the Machining Team to drive process improvements. This opportunity focuses on troubleshooting inefficiencies and supporting various engineering projects.

This co-op term will take place between September 2026 and December 2026, allowing you to strengthen your analytical skills while involved in continuous improvement projects. You will be assisting in troubleshooting, data compilation, and contributing to technical reports that validate manufacturing processes. Collaborate across teams for effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and trend manufacturing processes effectively
• Assist with troubleshooting product quality and yield issues




• Compile and analyze manufacturing process data
• Support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives for enhancement
• Execute tasks within Technical Operations department

Requirements:
• In-progress degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of CNC Mill/Lathe is advantageous
• Robust Microsoft Office skills
• ERP system familiarity preferred
