This role includes direct oversight of Heritage Education, Museum Collections, and Exhibit Design, ensuring high-quality visitor experiences at the PWNHC, which serves around 200 visitors daily.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in strategic and budgetary planning for the division
• Oversee public education programs and community outreach




• Evaluate and implement visitor service enhancements
• Manage exhibit design and museum building operations
• Supervise Heritage Education and Public Programs teams

Requirements:
• Degree in museum studies, education, or anthropology
• Five years of experience in cultural institutions
• One year of supervisory or leadership experience
• Proven ability to plan and execute public-facing programs
• Solid organizational and communication skills
