Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance the enterprise applications that enable their Supply Chain Management team.
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance the enterprise applications that enable their Supply Chain Management team. Working closely with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders, you'll provide day-to-day user support, deliver system enhancements, and help improve the tools and processes that support procurement and contract management.

This role is 5 days in office in downtown Calgary and is 6 months to start with a strong possibility of extension.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems, supporting users, improving business systems, and driving continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

Must haves:

Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a business systems or business analyst capacity
Experience gathering business requirements and supporting system enhancements and process improvements
Experience supporting ERP, contract management, or procurement systems
Experience providing user support, troubleshooting, and end-user training
Experience working with business stakeholders to improve business processes and system adoption

Nice to have:





Experience with Ivalua Contract Lifecycle Management
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
Experience with Omega 365 / PIMS
Supply Chain or Procurement experience
Experience in the Energy industry

What you will be doing :

Provide day-to-day support for Supply Chain enterprise applications, including contract management and ERP systems.
Gather business requirements and support ongoing system enhancements.
Troubleshoot system issues and support end users.
Develop and deliver user training and documentation.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve business processes.
Support reporting, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain system
