This permanent, full-time position at Amaruq mine requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in heavy-duty mechanics. You will inspect, repair, and enhance mining equipment, with responsibilities that include welding and preventive maintenance. Work involves alternating 12-hour shifts, ensuring a work-life balance with 14 days on followed by 14 days off.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute maintenance work effectively
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Conduct occasional welding as required




• Interpret mechanical blueprints and perform preventive maintenance
• Select and install necessary components

Requirements:
• Professional diploma in Heavy Duty Mechanic or Truck and Coach Mechanic
• Minimum of 3 years experience in mining machinery maintenance
• Robust ability to read mechanical plans, knowledge of hydraulics required
• Preferred: Red Seal 421A or 310T certification
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
