You will work closely with business unit leaders to promote standardized BCM methods and drive consistency in risk practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage BCM procedures and quality assurance across platforms
• Design and deliver comprehensive BCM training programs
• Conduct defect tracking and improve BCM artifacts




• Partner with leaders to embed business continuity practices
• Prepare reports on BCM program health and metrics

Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in BCM or operational resilience
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for BCM
