Become a Finance Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist based at our Ottawa headquarters. This essential role covers both accounts payable functions and payroll management, ensuring financial accuracy for the company.

In this position, you will partner with the Corporate Controller to keep accounting records precise and facilitate month-end close tasks. Your key focus will be on processing invoices, administering payroll through PowerPayPlus, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations through detailed reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process both PO and non-PO invoices efficiently
• Prepare and process Canadian payroll and reporting
• Maintain vendor accounts and respond to inquiries




• Conduct month-end and year-end accounting tasks
• Reconcile employee benefits and salary reports

Requirements:
• Educational background in Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Solid accuracy and detail-oriented skills
• Capable of managing high-volume tasks under tight deadlines
