In this site-based role, you will support project teams by implementing HSE programs, auditing safety practices, and coaching safety coordinators. Key Responsibilities:
• Support ethical safety culture and compliance initiatives
• Audit Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System
• Lead and coach Regional Safety Coordinators on HSE KPI's




• Work with senior directors on regulatory matters
• Directly participate in reliable incident investigations

Requirements:
• 3-5+ years' experience in Health and Safety
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• National Construction Safety Officer Certificate
• Comprehensive knowledge of OH&S; regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
