Role Overview
We are seeking a driven, results-oriented in-field Account Representative to join our Print Division. This is a high-performance, territory-based sales role designed for someone who knows how to sell, close, and win. You will take ownership of an established territory across the Burlington–Brant–Norfolk region (including Burlington, Brantford, Caledonia, Simcoe, and surrounding areas)—managing an existing client base while actively expanding it by winning new business and displacing competitors. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can step in, take control of their territory, and produce results quickly. Success in this role requires a strong balance of account management and new business development, with the mindset that you own your territory like it’s your business. his territory includes a mix of urban and rural accounts and requires consistent, in-field coverage across all areas.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Ownership & Growth

Take full ownership of the Burlington–Brant–Norfolk territory, including existing accounts and untapped opportunities

Build and execute a territory plan to grow revenue, expand market share, and increase client retention

Maintain consistent coverage through in-person meetings, on-site visits, and proactive outreach





Account Management & Expansion

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients

Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base

Lead meaningful conversations around AOS solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor

New Business Development (Hunter Mentality)

Actively prospect through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits

Target and win competitive accounts by clearly differentiating AOS

Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline generation and territory penetration

Sales Execution & Closing

Run effective discovery, present tailored solutions, and lead pricing and contract negotiations

Close business consistently and meet or exceed revenue targets

Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in HubSpot CRM

Collaboration & Market Awareness

Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client experience

Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and new technologies

Share market insights and feedback to strengthen AOS positioning

Qualifications

Experience: Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Office equipment, print, or managed services experience is an asset but not required

Sales Ability: Strong closing skills with the ability to manage the full sales cycle independently

Self-starter, competitive, and results-driven. You take initiative, stay disciplined, and follow through

Work Ethic: Willing to put in the effort required to cover a full territory, build pipeline, and win business. Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person selling

Communication: Confident and professional, with the ability to engage decision-makers in meaningful conversations

Tech Savvy: Comfortable using HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Office, and sales tools

Mobility: Ability to travel consistently throughout the Burlington–Brant–Norfolk territory. This is a field-based role with an expectation of being in-market daily

What We Offer

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $120,000+, with top performers exceeding this range. Base and commission split will be adjusted to match the experience and skill level of the right candidate.
