Key responsibilities include developing care plans, supervising medication administration, and educating families about care processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident care assessments and create service plans
• Administer medications and order controlled substances




• Facilitate resident education and family support
• Delegate care tasks to Unregulated Care Providers
• Manage emergency responses and resident conditions

Requirements:
• Valid RN registration in applicable Province/State
• Experience with seniors and care protocols
• Robust communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening
