This full-time, in-person position is vital for our West Vancouver center, reporting directly to the Centre Owner. As the Education Director, you will oversee curriculum delivery, manage tutoring teams, and enhance student learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee high-quality academic programs and curriculum delivery
• Recruit, train, and mentor tutors and instructors
• Conduct observations and feedback sessions for tutors




• Monitor student progress and implement improvement strategies
• Communicate effectively with parents about student progress

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years teaching or tutoring experience
• Strong knowledge of British Columbia curriculum
• Preferred leadership or mentoring experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
