In this key role, you will report to the Sr Manager of AI & Platform Architecture, coaching engineers and solution designers to refine architectural standards.
Leverage your robust expertise in Revenue Cloud and AI-driven solutions to tackle complex technical challenges, ensuring solutions dynamically serve the company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach engineers and solution designers in Salesforce architecture
Collaborate with Principal Salesforce Architect on architectural direction
Produce high- and low-level design documents clearly communicating architecture
Manage and align architecture and systems roadmaps with platform standards
Develop proofs of concept to validate design decisions Requirements:
10+ years of Salesforce experience, with 3–5 years in architecture
Expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing processes
Proven skills in producing design documentation and managing roadmaps
Robust leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
