Safehaven is embarking on significant modernization and is seeking a Finance Director to lead FP&A; and oversee financial operations. This role demands robust experience in budgeting, compliance reporting, and managing outsourced partnerships. You will play a critical part in integrating financial operations with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outsourced accounting functions with a focus on quality
Ensure timely, accurate regulatory and funder submissions
Lead comprehensive budgeting and cash forecasting processes
Integrate up-to-date technologies into finance frameworks
Enhance stewardship reporting for donor initiatives
Requirements:
At least 8 years in finance, mainly in non-profit settings
Experience with financial audits and reporting standards
