Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will coordinate production operations and direct team efforts to meet plant goals. Your role includes coaching Lead Hands and ensuring adherence to production standards. You will also monitor key production metrics and address potential issues proactively to drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct Lead Hands in implementing production strategies

Monitor production schedules and resource allocation

Requirements:
