This role focuses on engaging fans during home games and campus events. You will hand out promotional items, lead in-game activities, and ensure entertainment runs smoothly during games. Ideal candidates have a passion for sports, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend all home games for designated sports
Distribute swag and merchandise during events
Plan and execute in-game promotions
Coordinate half-time entertainment and set up promotional items
Support social media posts on game days
Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to adapt plans with minimal supervision
Experience in front of large crowds is an asset
