As the Senior Director for HSE Client Services, you will play a critical role in aligning safety protocols with business strategies. Your leadership will guide a team dedicated to incident resolution, compliance management, and talent development. You are also tasked with collaborating with account leaders to ensure impactful HSE program implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the management of health and safety programs - Lead successful incident investigations and root-cause analyses - Develop solid HSE teams through mentorship and coaching - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and client HSE guidelines - Coordinate resources for effective program delivery
Requirements: - Degree in a relevant scientific discipline - 15+ years of HSE experience, preferably in facilities management - Deep understanding of HSE legislations and best practices - Advanced communication and leadership skills - Solid preference for bilingual capabilities in English and French
