Key Responsibilities:
Guide governance practices for the Board and committees
Engage in corporate reorganization and legal compliance projects
Prepare agendas, minutes, and documentation for meetings
Monitor market trends related to governance policies
Conduct follow-ups on Board meeting decisions
Requirements:
Law degree (LLB) accredited
Quebec Bar member or equivalent required
7+ years of relevant legal experience
Bilingual in French and English
