This position supports the delivery of quality, value priced dining, by efficiently prepping a wide variety of cooking ingredients.
Responsibilities Assisting in the preparation of meals by maintaining supplies of prepped ingredients and dish components. Assembling entries from pre-prepared components, and preparing baked goods. Carrying out general cleaning and kitchen maintenance.
Working effectively as part of a team, to ensure the protected and effective preparation of food. Strictly following established processes and standards for protected food production and handling. Handling other related tasks as required, to support the production of quality meals for Casino guests.
Qualifications A combination of education/training and directly related experience. Experience working in a commercial kitchen would be preferred. Experience working with diverse situations and personalities
