Key Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor patients' vital signs post-surgery
Implement critical care protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Document patient assessments and responses to treatments
Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years PACU or critical care experience
Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
Current ACLS certification required soon after employment
Training in cardiac monitoring within initial employment months
Robust communication skills and critical thinking
