Key Responsibilities:
• Handle liability claims from first notice to resolution
• Conduct analysis and assessments with third-party adjusters
• Document reserves, negotiate settlements and manage funds




• Prepare detailed reports for carrier partners
• Maintain compliance and meet key performance standards
Requirements:
• Required Level 2 General Insurance License
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in liability claims
• In-depth knowledge of claims investigation techniques
• CIP designation or pursuit preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Epic claims management
