You will support Nurses by responding to community concerns and providing leadership through regular meetings. This position also involves conducting patient safety investigations and engaging with patients to identify their healthcare needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise nursing staff for compliance with standards
• Resolve concerns from patients, families, and staff




• Conduct regular leadership meetings and huddles
• Initiate patient safety incident investigations
• Collaborate on clinical documentation for funder guidelines

Requirements:
• Current RN registration with no restrictions
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience
• Strong patient health assessment skills
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Knowledge of clinical documentation standards
