Maintenance & Reliability Engineer I (full time)
The Entry-Level Maintenance Engineer is responsible for supporting the reliability, performance, and compliance of plant equipment, with a focus on cryogenic systems. This role will play a key part in implementing and managing the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, maintaining regulatory compliance, and developing maintenance performance metrics. The position requires a proactive, analytical mindset and a strong foundation in mechanical and/or electrical systems.

What you will enjoy doing*

Support maintenance of cryogenic equipment (tanks, vaporizers, piping, compressors, instrumentation)

Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime

Contribute to preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve reliability

Develop and manage a national spare parts program, including CAPEX and inventory

You support implementation, optimization, and compliance of the EAM system

And you will assist with condition monitoring programs (vibration, thermography, oil analysis) and data analysis

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and internal policies; support audits and inspections

You will track and analyze maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, uptime) to drive performance improvements

Support maintenance budgeting, cost control, and supplier negotiations to optimize expenses

What makes you great*

Bachelor’sdegree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relatedfield

0–2years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or industrial engineering(internships/co-ops considered)

Exposureto cryogenic systems or industrial gas operations is an asset

You have basicunderstanding of maintenance principles (preventive, predictive, andcorrective maintenance)

Familiaritywith EAM/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo) is preferred





Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills suit your profile

Abilityto interpret technical data and translate it into actionable insights

You have goodorganizational and communication skills

Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools

Highattention to safety, quality, and compliance
